This is not a dumb question at all, I should have included a sample of the `.env` file for anyone less familiar with them.

So my `.env` file lives in the root of my `server/` folder and it includes:

EMAIL_ADDRESS=demo@gmail.com

EMAIL_PASSWORD=somePassword
